i have another question , i am building the second hut right now , so will it be just an ordinary hut like the first one , or any extras ?

just a regular hut unless it is the clothing hut.

how can i know ? its the one next to the beach not the one near the water fall !

the one on the beach is regular, same with the one by the waterfall. The clothing jut shows up as the one by the water fall when u have lvl 3 building. it will look the same for a while but the workers will say building clothing hut.

well, i built the hut next to the waterfall , but the builders' status did not say " building clothing hut" it just said "building a small hut"
and now , its already built and when i drop any adult villager it says "fixing hut" or "examining hut"
so how can it be a clothing hut !????

The clothing hut can be seen in a screenshot in this post. As you'll note, the clothing hut is in front of the ampitheater.

i see , but i have nothing at this place to show that something here can be build, no ruins or marks or anything ! , even when i drop a master builder there he just does nothing
but i have level 3 restoration and level 3 leadership , so why did not it show up ? and when and how will it show up ?

You need Level 3 in two techs in order for the foundation of the clothing hut to appear.
