Yay! Go LDW! Guys we should stop talking about how long it's going to take and start talking about the game. I think the bamboo will be for building houses as the bamboo is the supports.

I'm wondering how the hole potion or whatever liquid thing they have. I hope they still have the herb system where you can make things with them. I wonder what the other collectibles are going to be.

Oooh, good wonderings (is that a word? I don't think that's a word... whatever). I kind of doubt that there will be potions again, so far most of those kind of things have not been repeated from one game to the next. ...Well, except for the herbs. But that's been a constant through all of them so... yeah.
I hadn't really thought of the collectibles. That's an interesting thought. Whatever they are, I'm sure they'll be awesome because, hey, LDW itself is awesome! lol

...yeah, I'm going to stop rambling now.

Having all the VV games there is one thing for certain there are bound to be mushrooms to collect. I wonder about the food storage it was actually a bin not unlike a grain bin in shape in VV3. We have had butterflies, shells, beetles, pebbles, coral, feathers, turtle shells, and stone tablets. and each VV2 and VV3 had a special one the Gong and the Keys....I am getting excited as to what the special collectible will be. the bamboo could be the supports for a hut but I think it more probable that it may be a piece of equipment like the lift in VV3 that we have to repair. course that might be wrong also. I do wonder what we have to use the bowls for that one really has me stumped because I can see so many different possibilities. ok enough of my rambling.

If you look real close it looks like the bamboo is tied together like it's holding back something maybe a dam since I see rocks beside the bamboo....
and up by the cattails there is a small dam and what looks like a dry river bed... remove the rocks and let the water flow....maybe?
Could you use the "bowls" for collecting flowers or digging...
Oh the possibilities are mind boggling

Oh I wish we could see more BUT I won't ask them to stop working on the game just to post more screen shots... but if they can/would I wouldn't complain wink

Thats what I was thinking Dixie, that once you move those rocks then the water will flow, and perhaps you move more rocks near the tree and it will circle around it smile

Dixie and TG3 i totaly agree we are all on the same mind track. LOL! The bin in VV3 dosent make sence it has big holes so the food should fall out bit it dosent?! If there was enough food it would be packed in tightly so it wouldnt fall out but what about when it's empty? It should be all over the place.
