I have a 9th generation friend who inherited the house 2 1/2 hours ago and has not received any emails in that time. He has had two events... blowing trash as he inherited, and cooking class about an hour after that. There have been no marriage proposals or any email. The router is not down, and the other families that I have been running have all had emails in the few minutes that I have spent checking them.

This may seem a silly question, but does your peep's details show he's got any kids?

No. Doesn't show him married either. I remembered your thread about your 30th gen peep and that was one of the first things I checked.

That's happened in three of my games so far now. Twice the peep showed as having six kids, and once as having five. They never showed up as married though.
