i was playing vv 1 an i got the a island event it was hot so some villager went and relaxed and some went swimming tha fine but some of the kide went swimming and they were walking on water!

Yes, I think that is a glitch. There is a one kinda like that on Virtual Families: when a peep goes to the pool and starts floating, sometimes he or she floats all the way to the grass.

That's not a glitch. The children can't swim, so they walk on water.

I think it's really funny, if i put a kid in that one little island in VV2 sometimes they'll run across the water, I get annoyed sometimes though because i always put them there when i need to work with all the adults.

there also a glitch in VV 3 that i found were if you drop a child in the top right corner they stand on water for a bit then they start swimming and they can't escape really funny to watch
