I breed all the fish in one tank and when they have babies there are only a few in the tank.. I got the magic plant for having more.. Is it possibly because the tank is too full?

You are probably experiencing what's described in this post. You can't exceed the maximum number of fishies that a tank will hold.

Of course I know what fishies you can get from the rare fish eggs! However, I am also notoriously stingy when it comes to posting spoilers on the forums! The good news is that other people DO post spoilers, and you can find lists of what fishies come from the different eggs if you search the forums!
