I was thinking, is that Virtual Families is inspired by The Sims. You know, im too busy and i only play it once, cause im give up, maybe. i want my couple to have baby but they still didn't have it. well, i just see the screenshots, its kinda similar to The Sims 1.

I don't know that it was inspired by The Sims, but certainly there are some similarities. In this interview, which was published on the day VF launched, Arthur tackles this question. You should read the interview to get a better take on how LDW feels about the comparison.

I bet it isn't because sims teen, and shows more inapropiete stuff more than VV or VF and it's a really good chance that the LDW people don't wan't any inapropiete stuff like "that" in the games they make. i thought sims was easy though, no offense.

You know, I tried a Sims game once...and I just couldn't get in to it.

I love all of the LDW games (with the exception of FT...just couldn't get in to it) and have played all of them many times. Sims just feel so...unreal...in a bad way! VV and VF are unreal in a GOOD way!

I love the Sims. Occasionally I feel like playing the Sims, and I get into it for a while but then I just get bored of it. I like VF because you dont have to play it constantly and tell every sim what to do and when to do it. VF is more laid-back and casual, and I like that. I don't think VF was inspired by the Sims, but I agree, it is similar.
