It would be nice to know how many adults are assigned to each type of labor skill in order to help maintain the balance. I find this very hard to track once the population reaches a total of 30 or so. Maybe a new button called "skills" or something?

I like this idea as well. Im already just hitting 30 and the only way i can tell if something is adequate is to notice a drop in food store and then i have to hunt for someone in a group who has at least a little farming and change their check mark so they farm more. A skills button would allow you to see how many are on farming, building, researching, not doing anything or untrained.
