This went offline a few days ago, just after I discovered it. Is there an identical tool anywhere which lists all the breed combinations for a particular result?

I haven't run across anything quite like the Clever Arts site, but Borg (a very talented member of our community) has created a very helpful Fish Tycoon breeding guide that you might be interested in. You can have a look at it here.

I do like it but it locks up after adding several fish...

It does use a lot of your PC's memory. I've used it successfully, but it takes a long while. The best way to use it (for me) is to choose not to update immediately, but instead use the update now button when you are finished. It will take a fairly long while but eventually it should update.

Unfortunately, that site hasn't been available for several years now. I have edited the post in the Fish Tycoon Guide section, noting that the site is not available.

There are a lot of broken links in older forum posts (you can see the reason, along with a workaround here), but you can directly access a lot of our most popular game guides and references in the Fish Tycoon Guides Section. The post you're looking for is here, although it isn't the same kind of tool that used to be on the Clever Arts site.
