I've always assumed that the cookery class event meant a free meal for my peeps. However, when I had the event just now I checked the fridge before and after they ate, and the food stock went down by 20 per person. That means that not only do the school kids make a mess, they do it with your food! Am I the only one to be surprised at this? Of course, the meal appears instantly on the table without having to wait while a peep prepares it, but unless you're in a hurry, I don't see any real advantage in allowing the kids to use your kitchen as a classroom. whistle

That's an event that delights me too! Unlike you, I never did check the fridge before and after. Correct me if I'm wrong, but some of those cookery events does leave you with 100 extra food points. Just cant remember if it's the same event you're mentioning!! confused

The cooking class uses the food in my fridge?? I never thought to check my fridge when I get that particular event - and I've gotten it many times!! I guess you are not alone in being surprised Arnie. I will definitely have to check the fridge the next time it comes - and just maybe those kids will be cooking elsewhere!!

For me, I really don't care if they use my family's food or not, all of my families now have so much money they could buy a grocery store!

I've never gotten this event early enough for it to matter. I'll be cautious in the future though. Thanks Arnie!!
