How do you do it, so it works in the game?

I have paint shop pro 7 and I have tried several times to change the color of the female heads, I save it as a png and I put it in the game file images. When I go back to the game their heads are not attached to their bodies, it looks like their are carrying their heads.

What am I doing wrong?

It sounds like the modded file you saved may be a different size than the original or could be misaligned. For things like this, I open the original and then put my edit on top of it as another layer and check to make sure all the heads line up perfectly.
