Well hello to all of the LDW fans already here! I'm Traci and I live in Houston, TX.

A mom, wife and true friend, I just had a birthday on the 6th and have yet to treat myself with a present! I'm honest (sometimes too honest) and definitely friendly. I don't ask if I don't want to know, and I tell others the same about me - don't ask me if you really don't want my answer. That applies to just about everything. I'm fairly direct, but tend to go on and on and on (as in this intro!)

I have VV 1&2 and VF for the iPhone only. I am most anxiously waiting for VV 3 to come out as an iPhone app but I've seen no news on that.

My main project right now is my ancestry, which I started about a year ago. Since my roots are Polish and Slovakian, and since our past was never discussed and our Polish and Slovakian surnames changed over time, the search was/is full of roadblocks and mystery. I also love to spend my time helping friends and strangers find their ancestors. I've been transcribing/indexing various records for FamilySearch.org, Footnote.com and just started at Ancestry.com. I love searching the records and solving the all too common ancestry mysteries in our families!

I worked 8 years in a law office in California and and sadly lost my mom in my arms 3 years ago this coming September 13th. Be at rest mom - I know you still are watching over me.

I have a Beaglie-Hound, a lil' Yorkie and a Maroon-Tailed Conure - the sweetest clan you could ever meet!

There's always more about me, but I doubt ya'all would wanna be bored by it!
