An advantage of using the candy to praise them is that they will always accept the praise, rather than running away saying you are nagging them. I find this especially helpful if I have tried and tried to get a person to do something like clean up after a meal. When they finally give in and do it, if I praise them with the green glove and they run away, it is very hard to get them back at the task. If I use the candy, they continue and complete it.

Yes, I always use candy as opposed to the green glove to get my peeps to work harder. I have noticed that 2 is the maximum number of times you can praise a peep without them running away.

I also use bannanas and mangoes and oranges to get them to work but nothing is better then candy

I never thought about that, I haven't touched candy in a while since the fruit gives them noticeable benefits. I do keep nagging them by accident with the green glove, so this was a particularly helpful topic for me.

The only candy to be careful of is the imported candy. It can have positive or negative effects. Also, the salt candy is negative; I use it for scolding children. The other candies are all okay to use for praising.
