TRUE STORY:today, i went on virtual family's to check on my small family. nothing much happend, i got a few colectables and was scannig for more then... "woah, is that a rare coin?!?" it was the silver rare coin with the horse on it. i never had a duplicate rare yet, so i thought it would sell for 25$ "fifty? cool!" than, it started to rain. it poured down on the house, but there was a small patch of land, completely dry. i sent the turtle over to investigate. when it came back, it opend it's moulth, and fell asleap. ok... so i sent marcono over. it was the rare coin with a hole in it! i was so happy, i watched him walk to the desk and put it in the beat-up old box we but collectables in. so, after awhile, it was still rainig, so i went looking for bugs. but, i found... the rare gold coin!!! i quickly got marcono off the couch and put him on it. he happily took it back to the4 desk, and danced for awhile.
i am still baffled at how i got three rare coins in 20 min! but, this is what i think.
back on Isola: patchy was danceing all day, while the scienticts were working on a flying macine.
"man, i hope my happy dance of good luck works for SOMEONE!"
"cheif, we just made an astonishing descovery! we made a small aircraft capeable of lifting 3 coins we found on the beech!"
"great, where is is?" umm, it flew off to somewhere down east..."
"well, mabie we werent ment to fly..."
edge of tree line, near the house: a flying macine crashes down, and 3 coins flop onto the lawn.

well, thats my analisis and im sticking to it. but mabie you have an idea how this happend? plese tell because i want to know! TRUE STORY

woah!! i just checked on them agen and... marcono's wife ate 27 hot dogs?!?... oh and it started raining, first it was a few coins, than(yay) the uncommon butterfly (didn't have) than more coine, a grasshopper (had), and the bottom right rare picture piece! yay! that happy dance of good luck is still working! i put the game on pause to type tis because it's STILL raining! i hope something big dosent fall from the sky!

Also be careful about pausing the game while it's raining! When the game isn't active or you keep the detail/store or family tree screens open time will still pass by in your game and your collectibles will disappear

my luck did continue! i just got the last rare coin, an now i have all 12! i got 2 new bugs, to. also, thanks for the help!
