i have played this game ago .but did not regist yet.
before ,when i played i had a owner name and a number like "support number" somthing like that ...but i restalled the game ..and open the game ..it says i dont have a owner name...why ?this is the same setup programe as before...can anyone help me ?

It would help to have more specific information about your problem. Which version of the game are you trying to install? It sounds like it's the Pocket PC version, since you refer to "Owner Name" in your post. If that's the case, you received a registration code when you bought the game that only works with the Owner Name that you specified at the time of purchase. If you've changed the Owner Name on your device since then, the registration code won't work. You'll need to change it back to the original Owner Name. If you still can't get it to work, you can fill out LDW's support form with the details of your purchase, and they will help you. If you're getting a fallback code when you try to register the game, make sure to include that, too.

If neither of those fit your situation, please be more specific about the difficulty you're experiencing. How are you installing the game, and did you completely uninstall it the last time you played it? Exactly what does the error message say, and when do you get it -- when you launch the game, or when you try to register it?
