I seem to be having a problem building my second hut...Every once in a while I'll log into the game and get a message that suggests that more housing was built, but my population is still frozen at 17 and the second visible hut (the one closest to the woodpile) is still not finished. Is there something I have to do first, or is there something wrong with my game?

I have five villages and none of them have ever finished that second hut!
