After reading the wonderful suggestion of a swing in one of the trees, I just had to give it a try. So here is what I've come up with.
There are two versions, one with a teddy bear seated on the swing, left from some playtime of the kids, and one with just the swing.
Both are contained in the zip file attached.
Please remember that a very small amount of the house is contained in this map section, so if you have mods for any of the rooms or the yard you will need to (if possible) have them combined or combine them yourself, as this is built on the original map.
