LOL!

In my games, I tend to only hunt for magics if I know that I've got the two breeds needed to make the magic. Otherwise, I concentrate on moneymakers and getting the enviro levels first. Then I concentrate on getting the 441 species and I eventually run across the rest of the magics.

One game, I concentrated on finding the magics as fast as I could, and I got really lucky. 92 hours flat.
