I think Im finally gettin the hang of this.. there is SO much more fun even after discovering all the magic fish.. trying to come up with all 441 of them!
I took a tank full of arrowfish (not all fin types, just the ones I had) and I impregnated all of those with one goldbulb and ended up getting all goldsharks.. tried it with other body types and the same thing happened.. the fun is on now!
Sorry if this post is in the wrong place etc.. I need a forum tutor! lol

Nah, not in the wrong place, but you were right to include the 'spoiler' in your subject title.. thank you.  There is more than one way to get certain fish breeds. Enjoy discovering them all! Rainbowfish

Yay! I did something right! LOL
Yeah , have been havin loads of fun tryin to track these lil buggers.. much more fun than trying to get the magic fish!

Yes, it's a lot easier to find new species than it is to track down the Magic Fish. Incidentally, if you concentrate on finding all the species, then you'll run into the Magic Fish sooner or later.

Aint that the truth.. Ive had so many magic fish lately its like WHOA>.. when I wanted em I hadda hella time findin em, now theyre everywhere lol

LOL! In my games, I tend to only hunt for magics if I know that I've got the two breeds needed to make the magic. Otherwise, I concentrate on moneymakers and getting the enviro levels first. Then I concentrate on getting the 441 species and I eventually run across the rest of the magics. One game, I concentrated on finding the magics as fast as I could, and I got really lucky. 92 hours flat.
