I am not too thrilled about how quickly the little people age either. They should really get gray in their late 50's or in their 60's like in real life. My first family's mother and father died together in their 60's, both gray and moving so slowly that it got a bit boring with all the kids gone. One thing I noticed is that if I deliberately kept them from working on their career and made them relax, they aged faster. They like to work and it kept them happier and healthier. I'm now in my second generation and they too are aging fast. My favorite little people are the 2-year-olds, so adorable and funny....that is until they start to age, too quickly.
