Hi, Im poprocksssss and Im a Fish Tycoon addict.
Been playing for about 5 days now and Im hardly getting any sleep, not hearing the alarm clock in the mornings, not making morning coffee til almost lunch time, have to power wash laundry to keep it from backing up,keep forgetting to get something out for dinner,getting meowed at by the cat cuz her food bowl is empty and I have a NUMB BUTT! OMG I Love this game!!

LOL Hey and thanks! I know what ya mean about the no feeling in the legs too..Im just hoping it doesnt affect my hands or I cant play lol ..
Im taking just today for a me play FT day... slept 4 hours last night but now I have all the magic fish! Woot!! and Ive learned how to power breed that wonderful wonderful last magic fish.. and now my bank account is rising! I thought it was over there for a while .. scary!

Welcome, Poprocks.  I'm sure that you'll the forums. I'm an addict as well... I have already played five games, and am doing a sixth one right now. I'd be playing it more often, but I have to tend to my real-life fishtank. (The picture on my profile is that of Aurora's Light, a Dwarf Neon Rainbowfish.) And I'm often the only one here too... then again, I check the forums at least four times daily, I'm bound to run into the quiet times. Rainbowfish

Thanks! Ive been checkin here several times a day just hoping to find someone on to share the excitement with lol And about your real life tank... That fish is beautiful! I said on one of the other threads.. Im a former pet store owner and had freshwater tanks but no salt.. didnt know enough about them to have any, but am going to study it one day so I can get one at home. Ill be completely happy with a 55 gallon.. well, I think I will, but Im sure if its as addicting as I think it is.. that wont be enough lol

lol. I'm in the Pacific Time Zone. I tend to be online in the afternoons... Thank you. I'm proud of him. If you want, I'll get some pictures of my other fish. I also have a three-inch-long Crossocheilos siamensis, a bunch of cherry barbs, a beautiful corydoras catfish named Callista, and three Otocinclus catfish. I'm getting a 60 gallon tank from a friend... it'll be set up when we move to our new house (hopefully before summer starts). And any good fish addict has MTS - multiple tank syndrome. I used to have four tanks - 1 2.5 gallon tank (dismantled now, awaiting sale), a 10 gallon tank (used for quarantine now), a 12-gallon tank (which I traded for that 60g), and my 20-gallon long tank, which is the only one that's actually got fish in there.

I think you already saw my thread with the pictures by now... lol... Yes. I traded a 12-gallon tank for a 60-gallon tank. See, my dad's friend had the 60. She moved to a new house which didn't have room for the tank, but she had fish she didn't want to give up. Dad told her about my other tanks and that one of them was empty. She said, how bout tradin'? and I said, 12 for 60? You're ON! Of course, I gave her everything and anything I could think of that she could use with the tank. Gravel, light, even the special cover that I had custom-cut for it. Plants, etc. *shrug* I got really lucky.

yeah, you did get lucky, that was a great trade!! im sure she is very happy with her tank too, now she has a tank that is the right size for her home and she can keep her fishies!

Yep, yep. Actually, she's happier than I am at the moment. I still don't have that 60. Well, that's cause our house doesn't have room for it either. lol but we are moving soon, we are househunting now. So, we'll soon have it. She's keeping it in her garage for us as we don't even HAVE a garage...
