Sorry, but the twins method didn't work out in my experiment.. I still believe the twins are random.

No twins at all throughout the experiment, just single babies.. I tried:

• Cologne on wife, Perfume on husband, boost on husband
• Perfume on wife, Cologne on husband, boost on wife
• Cologne on wife, Perfume on husband, boost on wife
• Perfume on wife, Cologne on husband, boost on husband

I did this with a fresh family and used backups to undo the child they had to use the 4 different methods I listed. I think you're just lucky with the multiples! Congrats on your good fortune, cindy!

Mine just had the fourth set of twins in 8 generations. My very first babies in the first generation were twin boys. I've been trying for twins.

For some reason, I seem to have better luck for making kids when I give the couple cologne and perfume. I agree with Lyssaria though, twins/triplets are random.

I guess I was generic when I said use the fragrance. I use the cologne on the man and the perfume on the woman. Didn't even know you could use the cologne on women or the other way around, lol. Hope you're all having a nice weekend.

The perfume makes the men's happiness go higher than from the cologne and the cologne makes the women's happiness go higher than from the perfume. It's because those fragrances are made to smell nice to the opposite gender. That's why I made sure to try both since they have different results in a way.

Lyssaria haven't you had any twins and/or triplets yet? I have started reading regularly these topics just recently.

I have had twins in both the families I'm running, no triplets yet. I got them naturally without the use of baby boost or anything else.

I just didn't get them in my experiment using cindy's method.

My very first family on their very first try got three girls.

It seems to me there is such thing as multiple gene. I've noticed that choosing a parent who was one of the multiple kids in previous generation significantly increases the chances for twins or triplets in the new one. With some baby boosts it's almost 100%. I'm also having a little experiment. I adopt only triplet/twin and for four last generations it works.

I do agree that choosing a parent who was a twin or a triplet seems to matter.

I'm starting to think that once your family has a multiple birth, it'll run through their genes no matter who you pick as the next parent.. I just had my third set of twins:



Veronica was a twin, as you can see she had twins Rudi and Brendan. I didn't choose either of them to continue the next generation, and they produced some more twins anyway! I didn't think I'd be seeing multiples for a while. Perhaps it is in Tyler's genes now because his mom was a twin.
