i just cant believe this after all my careful documenting of each breeding, i am missing one fish!! that must have been the day when the dryer was buzzing, the phone was ringing, someone was banging on the front door, and dinner was burning...AAHHHHHH!

now i have to breed all 21 fish AGAIN and pray that i can get the one im missing

What would you do with all that free time if you found them all at once?

That happened to me, I thought I had documented every fish, and on paper I had, but I had put a tick in the wrong box, back to the beginning I went!

It would be nice if there was a feature to see which fish you had already found. It wouldn't need to tell you what you need to get, just which ones are included in the "Species Discovered" count.

i was thinking the very same thing, cuz i havent a clue as to which fish it could be.

i decided to scrap that tank. i had another game going and so far i had only bred the 21 perfect fish so i had quite a few magics to make lots of money to complete all the research, now im gonna start breeding the 441 in that tank. wish me luck!

OMG!!!!

I just figured out how to tell which fish you have already found!!! However, I don't want to write a program or script for it if the program designer or forum moderators don't want that kind of information divulged. Let me know if that kind of program should be red lighted or green lighted.

i think that is an excellent idea!! i dont see why the mods would have a problem with that. each person will use it at home for keeping track of breeding and searching for species still missing.

if you do make it, that is something i would LOVE to have, as im getting writers cramp

Sorry FishMonger68, but I did a bit of thinking on things and realized how dangerous that could turn out to be. The same information that would allow a program to show the found fish could just as easily modify that same data. The last thing I want to do is ruin the game.

those are some weird stats. is that the problem that the program caused?

I'm guessing that those stats are on purpose, to prove the point that it can be 'used for evil' in the hands of the Dark Side!
