All of the heads should be the same as in the computer version and the Adoption Screen is random when it comes to showing you the heads.

I could click "Try Again" over 200 times and never find them. There's a 1% chance you'll find one specific head, and to find at least 1 of the 4 rare heads you're looking for, it is a 4% chance.
