I have a question sorry if its already been posted some place but.. I just started my first tribe / VV3 game this week. My question is how to you train peeps for healing powers.... I have one checked in that interest area. but they don't seem to be learning anything... Do you need sick people for them to learn healing?

To summarize, you need Medicine Technology at level 2 to gain the doctor training area where you'd just drop your villagers on that area to train doctors. Until you have that area unlocked, you can only heal sick people to train healing.
