I didn't expect to get my twins as quickly as I did, I assumed maybe I'd have to wait for at least my lucky number (7th gen.) or beyond but it certainly seems to be about luck to get that first multiple!

4 sets of twins? Wow! You've been very lucky with multiples gmom grin Congrats!

I started a new family in the fifth slot over the weekend. This morning when I opened the game they were doing fine and had three children. I tried to get them to have another but it was 'too soon'. I had go to work, but five minutes before I had to leave I tried again. TRIPLETS! laugh

I also got three awards at the same time: for triplets (of course), for the fourth child, and for the sixth child in the family. smile

Last night I got triplets for one family (and the trophy). I used a twin from the previous generation. She had fertility problems, so I gave her baby boost. She had triplets on the first try! This family had two sets of twins in the first generation as well.

I haven't had so many problems getting triplets as twins. If there are going to be multiples, 90% of the time they are triplets. They are still extremely rare, but they tend to be triplets.

This particular couple seem to have been particularly fertile; each time I brought then together to try for a baby they obliged (three times over on the last occasion). I can't remember any couples producing babies on the first try each time; usually at least two, generally more, attempts are unsuccessful. With several families I have to resort to Baby Boost after a series of failed attempts, and they don't always produce as many kids as I'd like; that is, the maximum of six!

Six kids under 10 ... I don't envy their mother and father. wink The triplets are playing with the toys in their room and their three siblings are in the sandbox.

I LOVE THE TRIPLETS! They're so cute when they're playing together like that. It doesn't seem like anything they do unnerves our VF parents though..So not to worry. smile

The triplets are so cute!! And they happen to be my 2nd favorite of the boys. My first is my Bob Marley! Triplets are so fun I never want them to grow up.

Okay VF fans and friends, I know triplets are a greatly desired event. But couldn't they please be spread into more than one of my families?????? Triplets, set # 4, was just born this afternoon to my family 2 [named, oddly enough 'Uno']. Along with 3 sets of twins in 11 generations, sure does cut down on the genetic diversity available.
They are going to be adorable purple haired girls....can't wait to see them toddling around.

They must be really cute gmom! grin I wish there was more we could do to influence the triplet births in our more unlucky families.. or for people like me that don't have any triplets yet!
