I couldn't find any information; so I'm gonna ask here; are there any benefits for upgrading rooms in VF? Like, if I have someone who works in the workshop; if I upgraded the workshop would that person make more money?

There is not an increase in paygrade, but there is an increase in speed of promotions.

They earn skill faster in upgraded rooms. I am not sure whether they just complete work faster, or whether they fill more of their bar for each work cycle, but they do get promoted more quickly.
