I have always praised my peeps on their meal making just to make sure they don't walk off on me, but it does no good wink A lot of the time they'll just walk off if I'm not watching them for the entire process. Those little peeps of mine are up to no good!

I try to be easy on them when it comes to getting promotions, but it does get tempting to get those trophies as soon as possible wink

Yeah, explaining it to her made me realize that all the reasons I pushed them so hard don't even apply any more. (Collecting salary data, wanting money in the bank faster, etc.) But I have to say it must be nice for them not to have to work any more for so many years. laugh

Personally, in RL, when I'm hungry and my sugar is low, I'll easily wander off task/meal making. whistle When it happens, it takes a guiding hand in my house (like my dad or sister) to help me get back on track and fix something to eat. blush

So if my peep is wandering off from his/her meal preparing, I'll check through the household for the peep with the greatest energy level (just a personal preference, not sure if it has any effect on the outcome), and start the meal again. laugh

Sometimes, I'll praise that peep to keep him/her going. But mostly, I only praise them for preparing a meal when preparer is low enough on the Fed meter. wink

They're faster! lol I go by the energy level also, but never thought about hunger. Now that you mention it, they do have a few more random actions thrown in when they are at the lower side of the hunger meter (Studying recipes, Thinking about cooking, etc.) so it makes sense that they would be more distracted. Nice point!

Same for hunger level too. I have noticed my people fail at "Working on Career" more frequently when they are hungry and or tired. Makes sense. I can burn a cup-o-soup when I am tired. laugh
