The Options screen should have an option just below the music tracks controls for turning full screen mode on and off. However, if you have modified the config file (ldw.ini) to force either full-screen or windowed mode, that option is removed from the Options display. That's because forcing the game into a particular display mode is done for technical reasons and should not be reset from the game.
