Oh yes, actually I have a pack started of soups and salads based on Jo's suggestion earlier in the thread. I think I've done one soup and one salad on it. I seem to get side-tracked.
My son would love the soup and sandwich idea. One of his fave "snacks" is grilled cheese sandwiches with vege beef soup.

Edit: (Note to self :P) For now, the Asian pack will include Japanese, Chinese and Thai. Also on the list: Italian-American; Soups & Salads with Breads & Sandwiches
Edit 2: I need a little help deciding what to do with the Italian menu. Italian meals are normally served in courses, so it just doesn't seem right to cram them all onto one plate. Should I do a different course for each plate? Or would that make it seem more like a non-indivdual plated meal?
