Oh yes, actually I have a pack started of soups and salads based on Jo's suggestion earlier in the thread. I think I've done one soup and one salad on it. I seem to get side-tracked. blush My son would love the soup and sandwich idea. One of his fave "snacks" is grilled cheese sandwiches with vege beef soup.

Thank you Moonlyght! Maybe they will inspire some real cooking? :P

Edit: (Note to self :P) For now, the Asian pack will include Japanese, Chinese and Thai. Also on the list: Italian-American; Soups & Salads with Breads & Sandwiches

Edit 2: I need a little help deciding what to do with the Italian menu. Italian meals are normally served in courses, so it just doesn't seem right to cram them all onto one plate. Should I do a different course for each plate? Or would that make it seem more like a non-indivdual plated meal?

The meal pack is awesome as alway BB..All but that sushi. I've never been able to eat raw fish myself. It gives me the willies just to think about it. Soooo, I'll use all of it but that sushi dinner. Thanks again for the yummy meals.

Thank you Lewanda! Actually the Sashimi is raw and the sushi is cooked or preserved. Sashimi is what most of us (in the USA) think of when someone says "sushi." I probably should have done translations for it but wasn't sure how long I'd be at the compy and was in a rush to get it posted. :P

I can't remember who requested the Italian meals and I seem to have deleted the pm without emailing it to myself... *blonde* So I really do need some help deciding how to best present it. Any comments?

You are so very welcome. I really had fun doing them all and I think they were a hit with the regular forum members. I had more comments on the Japanese pack than I have any other I posted, (except the first one ever.) grin

Thai is now posted and that finishes up our small tour of Asia. (Though I may return for some Indian curry. wink )
