Yes, that is the newest one. As far as I know (and I very well may be wrong lol) the R button only works once (or at least is only supposed to work once) anyway.

If you become half as addicted to the game as most of us here, you will have plenty of time to get the house repairs done and may even be glad for "something else to do" in later gens (if the kits don't show up in the first.)

That is the newest version. Don't worry about the "r" button. I don't think it was intended to make stores restock faster, but rather as a fix if your store got "stuck" (Did not restock after four hours) So unless your store does get stuck, you are not really missing anything.
