Buy the kits that DO show up, but don't worry too much about the repairs. The progress you make on the house is handed down from one generation to the next, along with collectibles and the family fortune. It's ok if the house still needs some work in the following generation/s.

I found out last night that my "R" button will NOT restock the store frown I had to wait for it to restock.... I contribute this to the fact that I am running the game on a Linux Machine using wine www.winehq.org. Wine is used to run windows programs on linux. But the down fall is sometimes things don't always work the way they should if thats the only bug I end up with out of this I will be happy to just wait for the store to restock on its own.

I do want to make sure I have the most up to date ver. though I am running 1.00.05 that is the newest ver right?
