Can any harm come to my little family from switching back and forth between ____>>> reversing Day/Night.

The reason I ask is this.... I work during the day about 6:30 am till about 6:00pm so Monday through Friday I play in the evenings 8:00 or after. I would like to play during the day on Saturday & Sunday but I know my peeps need to sleep as well... What can happen if I keep switching back and forth ??
