I have all 3 trees that get fruit. The one tree high on the ciff,(the one you need the machine, When a fruit falls down now, it says gathering fruit but no food pops up in food box. I was wondering is this is a glitch or if this is just how the game works. Pleas tell if you have the same problem.

Mii415, once you get all three trees planted you shouldn't have them pick up any more seeds from the tree. When they put the seed in their food bin it causes the last tree you planted to start growing from a seed all over again. Only plant the three seeds then stop gathering them.

That's not how the extra fruit should work. The only thing that should cause trees to revert is time traveling. Once all 3 trees are planted, you can use the lift in a rainstorm to gather fruit, which will increase the amount of food in the bin the second the fruit is picked up (not when it's deposited). That confuses a lot of people, since it's the only thing that works that way.

Huh, it sure did that in mine. After noticing it a couple of times I quit gathering it. Rather than time travel, I set my peeps to doing jobs that a long time at bedtime and put them on half speed.

When I think about it when I first started playing the game I did set the time clock a couple of times. That might have been what caused my tree to revert back...Though I quit doing it after that, because I didn't like the way it aged my little peeps.
