My female adoptee had multicolored hair which looked like feathers, so I named her and the entire family after Native American tribes...Seneca (mom), Huron (dad), Cheyenne (girl), Apache (boy), male triplets, Cherokee, Chillicothe and Chippewa, and finally, little boy Comanche. All of the children ended up with red hair...go figure.

I renamed majority of my adoptees family.

Michaels Family
Father - Caleb
Mother - Maggie
Firstborn - Freddy
Second - Hailey
Third - Nellie (after the great-aunt who sent Caleb $40)

Heyworth Family
Father - Delos (after NightWorld series)
Mother - Rose (it was Rosy but I think Rose is better)
Firstborn - Tiffany (original name was Taffy)

Chun Family (my dysfunctional family)
Father - Zi Hao [he looked Chinese] (means heroic son)
Mother - Susannah
Firstborn - Li Ming (means pretty & bright)
Second - Tingting (means graceful)

Oddly Caleb has blonde hair while Maggie has black but their children all have brown hair.

Right now I have 5 families.


The First family Mom is Stella, Dad is Marco, and they have two daughters named Marah and Lizzie. They are 5th Generation

The second family Mom is Pan, Dad is Logan, and they have one daughter named Corrine- they are 18th Generation

The third family Mom is Aurora, dad is Sebastian, and they have one daughter named Summer. They are 1st Generation

The Fourth family Mom is Beth, Dad is Ryan and they have Twin Boys Jamie and Timmy, they are Third Generation

The fifth family Mom is Marie, dad is Colin, and they have one biological son Donny and one adopted son Toby. They are third generation.

I always change my peeps names. I always use the first letter of their name though and so far have not named any twice.

I was playing around with the adoption page and came across the rainbow-haired girl who was a knife sharpener so I wanted to give her a name that had something to do with knives. Xay helped me narrow it down to Bayonette

After that, I wanted her to find a good husband..so she got her first proposal and his name was Hubby! How can I not choose him?

I had a gal so darling born to my family that I want her to be the perfect last child. Should I risk upsetting my perfect family by trying a last child? What if I get the bald kid?! * panicks *.
