Luna, the full head "chart" is simply one of the images from the game. You can open it by going to C:/Program Files/Virtual Families/Images.

I believe the one everyone is using is the bigheads00.png file. Open it up, then find your male and female heads. Half way between the two is generally what your children will look like.
