I'we figured out another master parent strategy. If you have a lot of time you can drag the person you wan'ts master onto another untils it says "this villager improved at breeding". Then you drag both parts away and do it again. mostly there won't be any kids. If there are... It's just to wait then. This works for me. Have three master parents in my village.
