Mohawk or Spike either one can have the rainbow girl baby. Though it isn't as sure as like it is in Lyssaria's case where she has both Spike and Rainbow. I would follow her directions for saving the LDW files to get the right proposal when it came to your couple making babies. Then you could try until they had a rainbow child.
