That sums it up for me with one addition...

6. If you didn't get a DVD from me, there will be no TV for any age. Work on your career, work out, or go play outside, but no couch potatoes!

That's pretty much me too, except I don't care what they do to the fish. I'm not really strict about the tv for kids when it's raining. But if it's not, I like to turn it off on them (muhahaha) then toss them in the pool for a bit of fun exercise. And for some reason I can't stand it when they just listen to the radio. I love to see them dance! Lately I've taken to handing out nasty candy for squeezing pimples, just because I need to give out more pieces of it. hehe Anyone caught heading to the fridge for snacks is picked up and dropped onto the treadmill or into the pool too.
I totally agree about the "No" or the "Uh-Uh" and shaking that head at me with a puff of smoke when I said to work! Pffftt!! They will be dropped right back at it until they make those coins jingle! "Try and fail" means "keep trying until you get it" in my lil virtual world!

As I'm about to post this, I'm being reminded that I have a whole list of behaviors that I call "cute but useless." I do pick them up and put them on something useful when I see them doing something like "Studying a recipe," "Looking for laundry," "Dealing with all the socks," "Fixing the computers," "Calling the birds," etc. etc. etc.
