I bought the wall compound and put it where it's supposed to be set and although I keep dragging a person 14 or older over to it, it's as if it's not even there. They see it, I drop them and then they go off to do their own thing. I got just about ever trophey there is to get and this one is being a real pain!

Is your hose repaired? It won't work if it's not. If it is, try dropping your peep on the green bucket, not on the compound bucket.
