Hi, some will already know me, and know I've been merrily playing the game from it's launch. However, my usual pc is having work done so I'm using my spare. Now the problem I'm having is that I can install the game just fine, I get to the screen where the blue bar begins to go up and then..... nothing! It just sticks there and crashes.

I know I don't have quite as much memory as my usual pc and the game does require a fair bit of memory, but in all honesty it's not that bad, so there doesn't seem to be any immediate problem as to why I can't load it in and play.

Any suggestions as to what's causing this? any help will be gratefully received. I miss my families so much

Have you tried uninstalling it and installing it again?

Thank you ajuma and Arnie The problem is we have a very temperamental PC. We call it 'Ozzy' after Ozzy Osbourne. Moody, irritable, swears a lot but darn good at what he does!

Turns out he just doesn't like the anti virus programme running at the same time, so If I exit or use game mode he's fine with it, so I now have my family back and I am ecstatic once again.
