I upgraded my office as my peep was at level 7 since I upgraded room no career progress. Does any one have an answer to this. I thought if you upgraded a room then the progress was to be faster or did I get that wrong.

Progress will definitely be faster since you upgraded the room. However, at the higher levels (especially level 7) it takes a really long time to progress. Each round of "working on career" adds only a small amount to the bar. You should see SOME movement though. Make sure you hear the sound of coins jingling and get the message that your little person has earned some money. If that is happening, then I feel certain they are progressing, it's just slow at higher levels. If not, they may be wandering off before actually finishing the cycle. Be sure to praise them for working (not more than twice in a row) and allow for breaks from work as well (so as not to tire them out.)

Level 7 takes absolutely forever! You could put a piece of clear tape on your screen to mark where the progress is, and check again in 30-60 minutes to see if it has changed at all.

What I used to do to reach level 8 was to make them drink the energetic drink and keep putting them on place for them to work.

Depending on the energy they already have, once they drink the energetic they'll be hyper and do things real quickly - and the working goes faster too.

It's a tyrannic thing, I know, making them work like that, but I had no choice as I wanted to get the trophies and needed money for the upgrades.
