my computer crashed on me then i had to do pc recovery and virtual families was the only game i lost how can i get it back i dont remember my activaton code number could someone help me please

I know for a fact that Heather responds to all support requests. Are you sure that her reply didn't get caught in a spam or junk folder? That happens very often, and it's frustrating for us and our customers.

I had the same problem with my computer crashing and losing all the info along with the game. I sent in a support form last night and got a reply early this morning!
