I've found that when the peeps have high energy levels they want to exercise. Kung Fu is one of the ways they will choose. Several people have reported success by giving them an energy drink, but of course they have several ways to exercise so it's really luck if they decide to do Kung Fu.

I will have to try that. Have you found that getting the treadmill has been of any benefit to your peeps?
