I've got a new family, young parents and a baby. I've tried putting them over the dirt smudge but they don"t know its there. (on the stairs)...How do I fix this?

Oh I tried adding a screen shot but I got the message that it was too big, even after compressing it...

Have you tried closing and re-opening the game to see if they recognize it?

(you could also switch player slots to see if that would do the trick)

just keep putting someone ontop of it until their action says cleaning spot or something like that. im tired cant think straight, but i do know if u put someone right ontop of it, they should clean it off!

I have a spot like that on my living room floor... wish it was as easy to clean the floors IRL as it is in game. I think it's from coffee or something... *grumbles*
