DD again:

So I decided to find a way to make my peeps' lives, erm, interesting. So, I did a "test." The test: I made the peeps action "nothing", then praised them. I made a code then added it to their names. So if Coral said "polishing", I'd add "P=P" to her name. The youngest kids and dad won't cooperate. Ah well, I'll just keep trying!

I have no idea why I wanted to post this.

EDIT: The test is done! Results:

Skye- P=P

Toby- P=??

Voa- P=P

Avo- P=N

Jov- P=HV

Coral- P=P

Kristi- P=N

Sandy- P=N

See ya'll l8r

I'm completely honest about being a blonde... so I freely admit, I am utterly lost by this post. What exactly were you testing for? The frequency of an action? The effect of praising?

I saw this post yesterday and was completely confused. I didn't want to sound like I was the dimmest bulb on the Christmas tree; so I didn't say anything.

Boy oh Boy, I'm glad it isn't just me! Thanks for reassuring me that I wasn't the only one.

I've been waiting so long for replies! Guys, it's just something I did. Not exactly sure why I did it either...

Ok, so my best guess is that you praised for the action line of "Nothing," which is what they show when they are deciding what to do next. The next part is where I get lost. You added a code to their name that indicated what? The next action they did after you praised them?

BayouBlonde, yes that is what I did. P stands for Praise. N stands for Nap, HV stands for using the hand vaccum. And so on. If Susie (no such person) said, "Taking a nap," then I'd add "P=N." If action was blank, I'd add "P=??." Now you get it?

Tkd, you are correct. laugh
