I'm only on my 5th generation with all three of my families. How long have you guys been playing so far?

I've only got one family, and it's on the 7th gen.

Mine started on the 8th generation this morning. Wish I had the money they have. LOL!

I'm in the 5th generation.

Im on my 8th generation for one family, 7th for the second family, and 6th for the last family. And im really sad now too because the one on the 6th generation was having trouble having a kid and i was able to have one. Then two days ago the kid died and i sitll couldnt have anymore and now the husband is dead so if i dont get an orphan soon, then it looks like im gunna have to start all over =(

My "oldest" family is on the seventh generation. And like Lewanda, I wish I had the money they've accrued - talk about heirs and heiresses!

My first family is on its 7th generation, after playing for about a month.

2 families going at the moment. 7 and 8 generations..Still have no found all the collectables.7th generation 36/48 collectables, 82/100 trophies, $91926.46 in the bank. 8th generation 42/48 collectables, 91/100 trophies $449989.07 in the bank.

I'm on my fourth generation with just the one slot going. I've been playing for a few weeks now, not sure exactly. I think I've earned around $72000 all up but I currently have almost $45000. I've bought all except two of the home improvements (treadmill and pinball machine left to get...just seems like sooo much money to spend on something that I'm not sure of what it gives my peeps) and I'm currently saving the final career room upgrades. Oh, and I'm starting my collections again (even though I only completed the coin one) because someone offered to buy them and I thought why not? It's not like I'm not going to keep continuously playing and therefore keep collecting.

I'm not sure, but I believe the treadmill improves health and the pinball machine might help with their happiness level.

I have four 5th gens and one 6th. I probably could have gone farther but I'm trying to get the trophy for getting to age 70. The 6th has 37/48 collectibles, only 5k in the bank (just bought 2nd L3 room upgrade) and 65/100 trophies.

I'm playing three slots. My oldest game is on the ninth generation and has about $1.1M in the bank and 92 trophies. The next oldest is on the eighth generation with $620K and 89 trophies. The other game is on the seventh generation and has $420K with 91 trophies.

Im On my Third generation,and ive been playing this family since the game first came out.Thts only becuz I pause the game alot and my famiy members live till like the 60s.

My first family is on its 8th generation.
Has 43/48 collectables, and $23,849.00 in the bank. I do spend a lot of money changing clothing.
I have 89 trophies.
The rest of my games were started quite a bit after the first.
All are doing well.
The secret to a long life seems to rest on the amount of food in the house and Happiness levels (which in turn relies on activities)

I am so jealous! Over a million dollars! WOW!! That's the joy of the game though, there is all the time in the world to play and reach those levels for those of us still on the bottom rungs...

They've now got $1.3M.

That's $24K in 24 hours. The interest certainly builds up. They also got a 10% tax refund as well. The rich get richer ...

I am on my 8th generation. I have 93 trophies, 45/48 collectables (missing 2 bugs and a leaf). They have about $200,000 in the bank.

You've worked them so hard they're exhausted! Seriously though, how on earth do you manage to get them so much in money in just a few days?

It's got nothing to do with working them hard. They sit back and live on their interest.

They had about $1.1M when I first posted. They received about $110K in 10% interest overnight, and also got a tax refund of 10%. That's $1,100,000 + $110,000 = $1,210,000 + $120,000 = $1,330,000 very roughly.

3rd generation in most of the fams, probably starting the 4th in my first and favorite tomorrow as the folks are getting up there. Every generation has had 6 kids. I've got 84 trophies, 84/100 trophies, missing 2 bugs, have 1600 units of food in the fridge and about 65k in the bank. I still need a grave illness, kung fu (sigh) and have to give some salty candy. And of course socks and weeds...and spots!

I have 7 generations on the Family Tree. A Total of 30 unique individuals. 19 girls and 11 boys. I have 96 trophies, 2 to earn and 2 "gimme" trophies for getting the other 2.

I have all the upgrades, home improvement and have $57,331.71 in the bank at the time I write this.

I have 5 families running now. My oldest family is on their seventh generation (might be eighth by the end of the day - husband is widowed and 74 years old.) All of my families but 1 have had 6 kids. I need three more trophies to finish off that category. I currently have $979,864.23 dollars, all the upgrades and many of Lewanda's MOD's.

To make the game more interesting now when I start a new generation, I dress the dads & sons and mom & daughters exactly alike. It is a hoot to see a whole house full of people in the same clothes; that I now change everyday (sort of to make doing laundry and finding lost socks fun.)

Although I still LOVE playing the game, I hope that the developers are hearing our feedback for some sort of expansion pack soon.

I'm on my 7th generation in one and my 6th in another. I had one family who refused to have kids and no orphans were left at the door so I had to start that game over and now it's on it's 3rd generation.

I'm on my 8th generation - and still waiting for 2 insects to finish my collection, triplets and some weeds and spots. I've won more than 90 trophies so far.

Gamemastr1, I think we have to change games, cause that leaf you want so much keeps appearing here all the time!

I was saying they are exhausted because in your screenshot your peeps description was 'exhausted', it looked funny. I didn't realise the peeps earned interest. So I guess the more $ you have the more interest you earn.

I need a few of those things too. Those little tricky one's like the bug collection, which I'm finding really hard to complete. Along with those few action things to do. I haven't one single person do the kung-fu thing yet.

I totally agree, I love playing this game. I have it permanently open on my computer and I'm forever checking them. I too would love their to be an expansion pack of some sort, or even a whole new version, with more things to do in it. One of the things I like the most is that it's a game I can enjoy and my kids can play too.

I'm having a similar thing happen now. Up until this generation, all my families have had anywhere between 3 and 6 children but this time they've only had the one. I've been really busy the last few days and so I haven't been able to check on them as much as I would usually so I didn't get them together like normal. So now the one child they have had has gone to college and being in their late 40's its unlikely they'll have anymore. I don't want to do the baby booster thing though, I'd rather it all be 'a la natural'.

So far I'm on the 10th generation in some of my families. Have younger generations also (4th, 3rd).

I always update my avvie with the parents and generation number that my main family is on.

My other Rainbow family is on their 2nd generation.

Five Families in total, with one going back 21 generations, none of the families have completed the collections, YET

I'm on the 10th generation in 3 of my families , the other 2 families are on the 2nd generation and none of the families have completed the collections yet !!

On my first family with pre college kids (finally got kids! Twin girls and one girl adopted). But the parents are hitting 60 and have only $4000 in the bank. Havent had enough money but for minor improvements. Floors still cracked, same old kitchen, etc. And the hubby is an architec! You'd think he'd be able to gross more income.

I'm on my 14th generation in my main family and 13th generation in my second family. I still haven't completed the bug collection...that's the only one not done.

I have one on their 21st generation, three on their 20th generation on one on their 14th generation. I still do not have all of the collections for any of them, but I am close!!!
