But one time when I was really new to this game, I created a peep and the very first marriage proposal was the one I accepted because it said "Definitely" for wanting kids and the peep I had started with also "definitely" wanted kids.

Right after I did, a box popped up stating that I have fulfilled the Marrying Rich and then another one popped up stating that I had fulfilled the Perfect Match too! Haven't ever had it happen since though. Have fulfilled the Married Rich one several more times, but never the Perfect Match one again. But it is possible, just very rare.
