Does anyone know if the potted plants in the front yard have any significance?

As far as I can tell, they're there to be pretty and that's it. It *would* be a cool place for the game to hide some insects occasionally ....

My families water them... that's all I've seen.

One of the kids used to talk with them every now and then. He's off to collage now, and I didn't see that with anyone else.

I've noticed they look just like the plants in plant tycoon. Very beautiful!

I'm well into a 7th generation family and haven't seen anything Sweetie.

The only thing I have seen involving the potted plants is that sometimes if a person voluntarily waters plants, they may water the potted plants or the roses. However, if you tell them to water plants, they will always do the ones in the window boxes.

I can't get my peeps to water the window boxes for anything.

VVJunkie, the hose near the kitchen door must be repaired and the shed must be open before they can water them.

Ditto on the talking to the plants and voluntary watering - that is all I have seen also.
