I hadn't had any multiple births since the last upgrade, so this evening I decided to reinstall version .04, and guess what????

I got these five minutes after the reinstall. Ain't they cute????


I've decided that whatever improvements were made between .04 and .05 just isn't worth it if I can't have multiples with it. Actually it's a hassle just to get them to make one baby in .05. I'm sure glad I saved the old versions. Just wanted to share my triplets with you. I had them quite often before the update and now am looking forward to playing my game again. Big hugs!!!!

Yes, they are adorable. I also saved my downloaded installers. You know, Lewanda, I thought that I had completely uninstalled .04 before I installed .05 but the more I think about it, I think I did that when going from .01 (or was that .02?) to .04 but when I finally decided to download .05 (I didn't for about a week after that version was released) I don't think I actually did that. I mean, I think I simply installed it without uninstalling .04 first. Maybe that's why I still have lots of triplets and some twins in my game. But now that I'm on generation 5 in most my families, they seem to only be having 1 at a time and most need the baby boost and even then I'm still having trouble getting babies.

I was wondering if it's because I've got every "toy" and all the upgrades so the game wants me to start over.

Congratulations Lewanda! I'm happy it's working for you. I'm getting lots of twins - even two sets in the same families. But, not so many triplets. I only have the first version and .05 tho. So, I'm sticking with it.

Hmm... Simsane, as usual you make me think. I've already got one whole set of families that I'm making "do without" the improvements (other than the health boosting ones) because I was investigating a theory that one or more of them is causing a decline in health and/or more illnesses. But, now that you mention it, I've seen other posts about more trouble having kids in later gens and I've not experienced that. I'll keep ya posted.

congrats Lewanda! they r SO CUTE!! i love multiples, but ive only had 1 triplets and 2 twins!

I got my first pair of triplets this morning. I had none with previous updates and have had this update since it came out, and I've only had one pair of twins. I was so shocked. I was just hoping they'd have a baby, and they got twins. Now she has 5 children under 6 and she's only 30 :P
