I can't empty the full rubbish can. The VF tries to empty it, but I just get "confused". Also, there's a wrapper next to it that I've tried to empty.

Try dropping your person as far away from the wrapper as possible and still be on the trash can. I think that the game is telling your person to pick up the wrapper, (when you drop the person on the can) which it can't do as the trash can is full.

How much does the trash can hold? I had it at 20 once when I emptied it, but I don't know if would have held more or not.
